DJ REGISTER AGREEMENT

In completing this application and agreement with Lucas Media International trading as The DJ Register.  I confirm that the enclosed mix demo is purely my own mixing, performed in real time, without editing and is not the work of another DJ or producer of dance music. I also confirm it's representative of my mixing abilities at the date of this agreement. 

By signing this 2 year agreement, I agree, confirm and understand that I am hiring the services of Lucas Media International Ltd trading as The DJ Register for their professional services listed below (paragraph 3) When as a result of joining The DJ Register I receive DJ Bookings, Lucas Media International trading as The DJ Register will not be paid any commission for work I receive. I agree that my contact details can be displayed. I also agree and understand that the DJ Register is a DJ referencing index directory showcase and is not acting as a DJ agency, employment business, or a work finding business. I agree that The DJ Register will not be paid any fees by me with regard to bookings and appearances I get as result of being featured in the DJ Register. I also agree to The DJ Register promoting me worldwide in any format that they deem fit in the context of a DJ Register, including print and CD ROM formats and internet and other electronic means. 

I also understand and accept that my subscription is for (1) renting web space and inclusion on the DJ Register website by indexing and promoting my talents and contact details as a DJ. (2) professional help guidance and consultation with regard to DJ related matters either by phone or e mail. (3) dj news letters. (4) other professional DJ services The DJ Register offers including discounted record company mailing lists, dj agency lists, dj jingles and printing. The above DJ services and products can be purchased separately. 

By signing this agreement I agree to be included in The DJ  Register if I'm accepted. I also confirm I understand that The DJ Register expects high standards both in DJ mixing and general good conduct of  deejays who are featured in the DJ Register. If I fall below their reasonable professional expectations, I understand I might be struck off the DJ Register without prior notice or refund of my subscription.

When as a result of being featured in The DJ Register, I take up a contract with a third party, I hereby confirm that I shall not hold The DJ Register responsible for contracts I may make with people wishing to book me. I agree that all booking arrangements will be dealt with by me and will not involve the DJ Register in any DJ agency or employment business capacity. I accept The DJ Register cannot be held liable for any misconduct or other actions by me in relation to my DJ activities. I confirm that all booking interest will be conducted between me and any third party wishing to hire my professional DJ services.

In signing this agreement I confirm that all questions have been answered truthfully.

Lucas Media International Ltd trading as DJ Register agrees that by entering into this agreement we will not expect any contract fees and or commission for work this DJ gets as a result of being indexed onto The DJ Register. If in due course the undersigned DJ becomes a major National DJ name, we agree we will not regard any mixes given to us as our copyright. If they become a Nationally known DJ name during any period they are signed with The DJ Register, we reserve the right to keep them on the DJ Register index until that period is ended. We reserve the right to delete any DJ name from the DJ Register without notice and for any reason deemed by us to be appropriate without subscription refund. By signing this agreement you agree to this.

This agreement is a legally binding agreement setting out the status of the DJ Register with reference to DJs featured in the index known as The DJ Register. Should you not be accepted by the DJ Register this application form will be destroyed. TopJox and DJ Register are trading names of Lucas Media International Ltd.
