I've always been into music of sorts ever since my early teens when
i would tape the charts off of the radio on a sunday and even cut
out the top 40 listings from the newspaper. A bit geeky maybe and if
not sad but many years later it obviously did lead onto teaching
myself to beat mix using some very dodgy do it yourself turntables.
So after many years of going to the warehouse raves and nightclubs
and watching the dj's play and mix up their vinyl selection, this
also gave me the motivation to become a dj and wanting to have the
ability to control and hype up the crowd. Many more years down the
line after playing out at some local clubs and many discovering
different musical styles like Drum & Bass, Happy Hardcore, Trance,
Funky House & Club Classics i then decided that i wanted to try new
things and experience a totally new vibe and surroundings.

After hours & carefully
selecting the right tracks i packed my bags & records &
headed for what was to be a continual 3 years working in
Ibiza. I now have gained and learned so much more about how
to read the reaction of a crowd and just know when to play
the right tune and also in what order to select the tracks
that i play, ie by not playing all your biggest tunes within
the first half hour of your set! Working in Ibiza also gave
me some fantastic pleasures of djing in many beautiful bars
& clubs with gorgeous backdrops & creating a happy vibe
wherever i managed to play. |

Uplifting & energetic are usually
the two ingredients which combine in my dj sets and watching people
on the dancefloor feeling this really does have a massive impact on
me whilst i am djing. At the age of 31 i am still feeling very much
enthusiastic about djing as i did when i first started 13 years ago
and intend to keep on using this skill that i have to my best &
capable abilities |
