Music Is My Life

I mix my music with an attitude that creates that get up and dance feeling. The genre of music that I mix ranges from RnB, Hip Hop, Garage, Dancehall and almost everything Urban. After spinning the decks in my bedroom for a few years, I then expanded and started to DJ online for a radio website. I received some fantastic feedback from listeners and staff of the website and this gave me the confidence to branch out professionally and do what I love most.

I was then invited to sign up to the ‘Topjox’ agency and this gave me the opportunity to broaden my experience by undertaking much larger bookings. This included the BBC who paid a particular interest in me and asked me to play at the BBC Television Center's exclusive bar. That night I got an amazing reception from everyone, playing a great selection of RnB and I made a number of new contacts.  I also went on to other bookings, which included playing alongside DJ EZ in Sheffield’s Club Banus.

For the last two summer seasons I have been the resident DJ in the “Players Lounge” the number one spot in Kavos/Corfu for RnB & Hip Hop, this venue had Tim Westwood as a guest DJ and I had the privilege of meeting and playing along side him. Shortee Blitz is yet another top name I have had the privilege to work with in Kavos.

Whilst out there I gained excellent experience, and received great praise from the holidaymakers and the bar managers as being the best DJ in the resort. After DJing  in a resort like Kavos you have to learn to adapt your style to and I had to start doing a lot more work with the mic! So not only do I stand out with my ability to read the crowd musically but also I am a very good communicator on the microphone.

I love mixing and the feeling it gives me when a crowd is enjoying themselves.  I have been described as having a unique vibe. I have been listening to the music that I mix for as long as I can remember, from the days my parents played all the old club classics from their huge vinyl collection.  I have a great passion for all urban music, I believe that I can offer a wide variety of music, which includes music from the past and the present.
